Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Kay Growth(“the Service”). By creating a workspace or connecting a store, you agree to them.

The Service

The Service reads commerce data from sources you connect, computes customer analytics from it, and presents those analytics in your workspace. Access is read-only; we do not modify your store.

Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity in your workspace.
• You must have the authority to connect any store or account you connect.
• You must not attempt to access another workspace’s data, probe the Service’s security, or use it to process data you have no lawful basis to process.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data and of the analytics derived from it. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Analytics, scores and predictions are estimates intended to support commercial judgement, not guarantees of outcome. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost revenue arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms or threatens the security or integrity of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account, and the “last updated” date above will change.
